BE-Coaching was founded by Carolina out of a passion for human psycology and personal development. Over time she grew her network and counts now on a powerful and diverse team of experienced consultants - successful founders and experienced senior managers - who will support you and your teams in reaching your full potential.

About Carolina

I have 7 years of experience as HR Manager in startups and corporates. I also work as a business coach and teacher of Leadership and Strategic Management courses. Thanks to my background in psychology, I am able to help people find their passion, see their potential and act and live according to it.

As someone who loves to learn and is eager to knowledge, I have been studying about leadership in organizational contexts and in human life. Currently I share my knowledge in start-ups, universities and business schools.

I love my job in HR and working with people who want to grow personally and professionally and want to life a live filled with achievements, freedom and compassion.

We offer a coaching style that is structured, focused, and goal-oriented where you can expect results and trust in yourself and in your businesses again.
